BuildPark — Corporate Website & Custom CMS

BuildPark is a construction company in Azerbaijan. Their work is the argument — finished buildings, completed projects, things that exist and can be pointed at.

Which means the website has exactly one job: show the work, and keep showing new work as it arrives.

The problem

Construction portfolios go stale faster than almost any other kind.

A project finishes. The photographs exist. And then they sit on somebody's phone for eight months, because adding them to the website means emailing a developer, waiting, checking, and asking for the caption to be fixed. It is a small enough friction that nobody does it — and a portfolio that stops at 2023 tells a visitor that the company might have stopped too.

The site also serves people who are deciding whether to trust a construction firm with a substantial amount of money. That decision is made on evidence: what you have built, at what scale, and whether the company presenting it looks like it has its house in order.

So: a site that presents the work properly, and an admin panel that makes updating it a five-minute task done by whoever has the photographs — not a developer request.

What we built

A corporate site built around the portfolio. Services and company information, with the completed work given the space it needs to do the persuading.

A custom admin panel. Built for BuildPark's staff, who are not developers and should not need to be. Adding a project, updating a service, changing content — done by the people who have the information, on the day they have it.

A secure backend, structured for the content the business actually produces rather than a generic content model that almost fits.

Built for search from the start. Structure, markup and speed handled during the build rather than added afterwards — which is the only time that works properly.

Fast on every device. A site loaded on a phone, on site, by someone in a hurry, needs to appear immediately. That is a build decision, not a setting.

Why the admin panel was the point

The website was the visible deliverable. The admin panel is what decides whether the website is still working in two years.

We could have built a beautiful site and handed over the files. In eighteen months it would show the same six projects it launched with, and BuildPark would be paying for a redesign — not because the design aged, but because the content did.

An admin panel built for the four things a company actually changes costs a fraction of a rebuild and prevents the entire cycle. We wrote about why most CMS decisions get made backwards — this project is what the correct version looks like.

Result

A professional corporate presence that BuildPark run themselves. New projects go up when they finish. Internal workflows stopped routing through a developer. The site grows with the company instead of freezing on launch day.
